Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product you received is defective, damaged or the wrong item, we will bare the cost of shipping the new item out to you.
Please note general wear and tear over time, damage caused by incorrect washing, neglect or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, socks or final sale items.
Our Returns Team conducts thorough checks and if your return doesn't meet our criteria we are unable to process your return. In the event a returned item/s are dirty/ damaged upon inspection the Returns Team will contact you via email with photo evidence.
You will be required to reply and select either option below:
Option 1 - have the item returned to you with your shipping label. We suggest you pay for insurance / signature on delivery and once your parcel is with Australia Post/ your choice of carrier Vortep is not responsible if the parcel is lost in transit.
OR
Option 2 - continue with the return process less a $10 damaged fee and only store credit will be issued.
Exchanges
If your requested exchange is for the same product but different size/colour and there is a price difference at the time of the exchange i.e. item is back to full price or on sale there will be no refund or store credit issued for the price difference.
If you require an exchange, we'll happily cover the return shipping cost to you.
Refunds
Items purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund (minus $9 shipping costs incurred to Vortep) (excluding final sale items)
Items returned beyond 14 days from the date of delivery period can be exchanged for a store credit (must be within30 days from the date of delivery), (minus $9 for shipping costs incurred to Vortep).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
